Juanice Moses, MBA
Chief Operating Officer

Juanice Moses is a dedicated career woman and entrepreneur. She received her MBA in 2013 and has since served as the Chief Operating Officer for Life Changing Solutions. Well-known for honest and professional business practices, Juanice has been very influential in the growth of Life Changing Solutions.

Although business drives Juanice, social services grounds her. Her genuine compassion for the behavioral health field pushes her to find business practices that allow the best services to be provided to the people who need them.

She is pleased that many of her accomplishments have been with Life Changing Solutions. She feels honored to have started numerous behavioral health programs that have brought jobs to many individuals in Louisiana and Georgia. She also prides herself on being a COO with a purpose, not just a title. She makes a point to meet the people that receive services with Life Changing Solutions as well as all 150 plus staff members.

Tawana C. Beaudion, MSW, MBA
Chief Financial Officer

Tawana is currently the Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company in some capacity since 2009. Tawana is passionate about the needs and wellbeing of children as well as balancing the budget! By making an industry leap from Social Work to Business, Tawana found the perfect fit at Life Changing Solutions to blend her passion with a commitment to successful budget management and treasury needs. Tawana’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix, an MSW in Social Work from Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana and a BSW in Social Work from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Louisiana. Tawana is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and is very family-oriented and loves spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful daughters and seeking new adventures together as a family.
